We do not need to put 'requestmanagementportal.sterling.ng' in the copy of our mail when forwarding to any specific individual ot department as this will keep duplicating mails at an exponential rate until the ticket is closed.

Kindly adhere to this while we come up with a permanent solution to the issue at hand.
